Having being someone who has tried all diets available online and almost giving up on wanting to look good and feel great about my self, I decided to meet Menka Vijan as my last attempt on the recommendation of a friend, and didn’t i know that my life was going to change forever.
Menka Vijan didn’t only give me a diet which made me loose weight but made me realise that loosing your weight isn’t just a numbers thing, its a lifestyle change. And sure enough with her above & beyond support and counselling i have managed to not only loose 20 kgs but get into the lifestyle of fitness where i am not confident on what i have to do maintain my weight or even regulate it after a wedding/diwali season.

Being a Sikh it’s only natural to be associated with rich food, with urban lifestyle unlike our ancestors, the end result is, being out of shape and more importantly out of Heath, with Menka’s programme I have been able to reduce my weight from 92kgs to 76kgs, yes there were a lot of changes that were to be made but these to me were and now are lifestyle changes. I have and had in the past visited end number of dietitian’s, all having tall claims of weight reduction (Didn’t work for me). When I visited menka I told her about this. She was very sweet by not getting into the past and my experience of other dietitian’s, she started with a clean slate and here i am, for the very 1st time, I have been able to see a huge difference in me. My weight before was 84kgs and after(now) is 74kgs. Im associated with menka since 8 months now. She has got me younger in all ways.
